Encourage staff to link-to resources in your storage guide.


So you can reap the benefits of creating a connection between the original (parent) content and linked (child) content so that if content is updated in the original (parent) then those updates are pushed out to linked (child) content.

*What's a storage guide? It's just that... a guide in which you store stuff for later use or for re-use in other guides.
