Get Trained!

Did you know we provide training sessions for LibGuides, LibAnswers, and CampusGuides / CommunityGuides?


It's true! The Community & Training team are here to help you out with your training needs. Whether you're just starting out with a brand-spanking-new system or you're a seasoned vet who wants to know about the cool new stuff that came out, we're here for you!

We have a new, general training structure we're releasing just for you! Now you get to choose the best day/time for you to get training. No more trying to coordinate everyone's schedules - just choose from one of our many sessions and become an expert!

Each week we offer several training sessions for both admin and regular users of each of our products. We also have some special sessions scattered throughout on our modules (SMS, Analytics, and E-Reserves).

We'll also periodically offer sessions on special topics, like the fun new stuff from code updates, using guides in instruction, and the like. Whatever is important to you. (So let us know what's important to you! ;)

As always, if you need any help with anything in your system, just let us know: :)

Please note:

  • All times listed are Eastern Standard Time (or Eastern Daylight Time, depending on time of year ;).
  • These are not demo sessions. They are full on training sessions, so they're longer than a demo session would be.
    If you do not have a particular product and would like to get more info / see it in action, you may find that the 30-minute (or so) demos our amazing sales team gives are a better option:
