One of the advantages of using the Analytics module to keep track of offline reference transactions is that you can then create reports and easily get statistics for your total reference usage!

The system will calculate the total number of questions asked, for any time period, and even break it down by type i.e. LibAnswers Questions vs Non-LibAnswers Questions.

You can even see the daily and the hourly distribution of questions, giving you a valuable insight to determine when the peak reference periods are.
