Customizing Your Homepage in LibGuides or CampusGuides  

There are 2 ways to customize your LibGuides homepage:

1. Customize the Default Homepage

Homepage Boxes
The default LibGuides homepage provides you with special boxes that provide important content, like featured/popular/recent guide lists, lists of subjects/authors, tag cloud, etc. You can use all, some or none of the provided boxes.

Customized Boxes
Is there a box you wish you could put on your homepage? You can! If it exists on a guide in your system, it can be added to your homepage. (In addition to or in place of the default boxes provided.)

2. Assign a Guide From Your System as Your Homepage

Is the default home page not doing it for you? Do you wish you could add tabs?

Well, you can always create a guide to use in place of the provided homepage. You'll have all of the functionality of a guide, but will lose some of the functionality of the special homepage boxes.
