LibAnalytics Dashboard

So, you got your swell new LibAnalytics site & it's all set up and ready to use! Woo hoo!

But, uh...how do you use it?

Never fear! We've got you covered.

This guide will take you through the various screens in LibAnalytics. We think you'll find it pretty easy to use and pretty fantastic, if we do say so ourselves...which we do. ;)

The first screen you'll see is your Dashboard. This will give you some quick stats on what you've been up to in your system.
If you want to see info for a different instance, click Change active instance and move to another one.

But...wait. What's an instance???

An Instance is a set of data that you're collecting about your library. You can have 1 or more instances in your system, depending on your subscription.

So you can create an instance for each set of data you want to collect! From reference, circulation, special collections, and archives questions to instruction sessions, database trials, library tours/orientations, weeding projects, foot traffic stats and more...you can track it all!

Find more ideas and information about instances & metadata options in our Getting Started with LibAnalytics Instances guide!
