We offer training sessions on all of our products each week on alternating schedules. For example, if a LibAnswers Admin session is at 10am on Tuesday one week, it may be at 3pm on Thursday the next. This way we can offer training at a time that fits in with your schedule & your time zone.

First things first! The basic setup of your system includes:

• how you handle email notifications that go out from your system to your users, 
• how notifications of new/answered questions come to you, 
• deciding what questions to ask users when they submit questions, 
• customizing the look & feel of your system, and 
• customizing your homepage.

You have your account...but what about everyone else?

Have no fear! You can create accounts for anyone else at your library.

No need to share 1 account & no limit to the number of accounts you can add to your system.

The Accounts page will walk you through the process.

When you send your new account holders their login information, please include a link to one of these welcome guides:
